## Who qualifies
- A home on Whidbey or Fidalgo Island
- A new Mitsubishi Electric M-Series or P-Series system, purchased and installed through Island Ductless Heat Pumps
- Qualifying 12-year Synchrony financing for the 12-year labor coverage and financing, subject to credit approval and Synchrony terms (the 12-year parts and compressor warranty applies either way)
## Questions
What is the Diamond Advantage?
Diamond Advantage is a limited-time Mitsubishi Electric promotion that combines the standard 12-year parts and compressor warranty with an exclusive 12-year extended labor warranty, included at no additional cost when you choose qualifying 12-year Synchrony financing. The offer runs October 1 through December 31, 2026.
Which systems qualify?
New residential Mitsubishi Electric M-Series and P-Series systems. Your Comfort Advisor will tell you whether the system designed for your home qualifies. M-Series is Mitsubishi Electric’s residential line. P-Series is a more robust line often used for larger or more demanding applications. Either one qualifies when it’s part of a residential installation.
Do I have to finance to get the 12-year warranties?
No, not for the standard 12-year parts and compressor warranty. That's included with qualifying Mitsubishi Electric systems installed by Island Ductless, whether you finance or not. However, to receive the special 12-year extended labor warranty at no additional cost, you must choose the qualifying 12-year Synchrony financing offered through this promotion, subject to credit approval.
What does the labor coverage include?
The extended labor warranty helps protect you from covered labor costs associated with qualifying repairs to your Mitsubishi Electric heat pump system for 12 years. Your Comfort Advisor can explain what's covered, and you'll receive the complete warranty terms and conditions with your warranty documents.
What will my monthly payment be?
That depends on your system, your credit approval, and Synchrony's terms, so we don't quote payments here. Your Comfort Advisor will go through the options with you during your estimate.
When does the offer end?
Your proposal needs to be accepted by December 31, 2026.
I already have a proposal from you. Can I still use this?
Yes. If you haven’t accepted your proposal yet, we can update it to include the Diamond Advantage. Proposals are good for 30 days, so if yours is older than that, just ask us for a refreshed quote.
Can I combine this with other offers or rebates?
Yes. The Diamond Advantage can be combined with applicable rebates, incentives, and reimbursement programs, subject to each program’s own eligibility requirements.
Do you work on other brands?
We service and repair Mitsubishi, Daikin, and Fujitsu heat pumps. The Diamond Advantage applies only to new Mitsubishi Electric M-Series and P-Series installations.
## Program terms
Program available October 1–December 31, 2026. The program applies to residential Mitsubishi Electric heat pump installations through participating dealers only and accepted proposals meeting program requirements. Financing subject to credit approval and applicable Synchrony terms. This program is only valid through eligible Diamond Contractors in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, California, and Alaska.
Accepted proposals must be installed by January 31, 2027. The 12-year extended labor coverage at no additional cost requires qualifying 12-year Synchrony financing. The 12-year Mitsubishi Electric parts and compressor warranty is standard on qualifying systems installed by Island Ductless Heat Pumps.
