Working with the Island Ductless Heat team has been a real pleasure. Everyone has been competent in their role and in their part of the overall process. Their process is efficient and informative—they anticipate my questions and have answers readily available. Once I have lived with my new Mitsubishi heat pump through the winter, I will come back and update how it performed and what kind of energy savings I may have reaped.
