- HVAC Installation Technician — Ductwork Experienced, Full-Time
- Warehouse Associate, Part-Time

Position: HVAC Installation Technician — Ductwork Experienced (Full-Time)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
Location: Whidbey Island Area

Island Ductless Heat Pumps is growing and wants to hire an experienced HVAC ductwork installer to join our installation team. We are expanding our offerings in ducted heat pump systems. If you have strong ductwork experience, we want to talk.

What you’ll do:

Design, fabricate, install residential ductwork to spec (layout, fittings, transitions, airflow and static-pressure best practices).
Install ducted and ductless heat pump systems: equipment setting, line sets, condensate, controls, commissioning, and customer walk-throughs.
Work independently and as part of a crew to deliver clean, code-compliant installations on schedule.
Provide a great customer experience on every jobsite.

What you bring:

Hands-on ductwork experience (sheet metal layout, takeoffs, fabrication, installation, air sealing).
Comfort with basic HVAC install tasks (or readiness to learn heat-pump specifics with our training).
Basic electrical/mechanical aptitude; safe use of ladders and power tools; year-round outdoor work.
Problem-solving mindset, professional appearance, and strong customer communication.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training, seminars, and classes.
Comfortable using smartphones/apps for checklists, photos, and documentation.

Nice to have (we’ll train if you don’t have these yet):

Heat-pump commissioning, line-set brazing/EVAC, refrigerant handling, controls/start-up documentation.
Familiarity with residential construction sites and working with builders/GCs.

Pay & benefits:

Starting rate depends on experience; minimum $30/hr or more, for qualified candidates.

Position: Warehouse Associate (Part-Time)
Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8-hour shifts
Location: Langley

We are seeking a responsible, self-starting individual who excels at organization and takes pride in maintaining an efficient, well-run workspace.

As Our Warehouse Associate, You Will:
• Maintain and organize inventory
• Receive, unload, and place incoming items appropriately
• Inspect products for defects or damages
• Keep the warehouse clean and orderly
• Help improve and optimize warehouse space and procedures

This is a part-time position, working two full days each week — Tuesdays and Thursdays — with the potential for growth as our company continues to expand.
