Installation

Island Ductless Heat Pumps has earned the Master Installer badge for installing over 1,000 units. We provide premium equipment at an affordable price. We use only the best, most efficient equipment on the market, the best installation products, and follow best practices of Mitsubishi Electric for every installation. We are not interested in selling you the biggest most expensive system possible. We care about matching each client with the perfect system designed to fit your home and your budget, maximizing the comfort you feel. We offer a free estimate that involves an IDHP tech to survey your home, analyze your current system and perform a free heat-loss estimate. Our technician then provides you with proposals for the size and placement of systems that would fit your needs, with an estimated quote, as well as any rebates and incentives you may qualify for. We also offer two financing options! Learn more about financing here. Lastly, we offer industry-best warranties on parts (12 years) as well as 5 years on labor*, with the option to extend your labor warranty by 7 years for a total of 12 years. Your first year’s maintenance is included for free, and maintenance packages are available at a discount. We are available for service and repair on your ductless heat pump system. We offer the following warranties on labor and parts. 12-year Extended Labor Warranty (Can be purchase up to 2 years from installation): 1 Outdoor Unit & 1 Indoor Unit…............ $395.00
1 Outdoor Unit & 2 Indoor Units.............. $495.00
1 Outdoor Unit & 3 Indoor Units.............. $595.00
1 Outdoor Unit & 4 Indoor Units.............. $695.00
1 Outdoor Unit & 5 Indoor Units.............. $795.00



Maintenance

We offer one-time and annual maintenance services to keep your ductless heat pump system clean and running in top condition. Annual Maintenance (before tax):
1 Outdoor Unit & 1 Indoor Unit.................$159.00
Each additional Indoor Unit.................... $35.00
Each additional Outdoor Unit................. $129.00
First visit for equipment we didn’t install is a minimum fee of $199.00 Annual Maintenance Contract (Price reflects 15% discount and tax included)
