Dear Island Ductless Clients,
Here at Island Ductless Heat Pumps, we try very hard to keep our costs accessible for our community. However, in order to keep up with rising costs and continue paying our technicians, all local Whidbey Islanders, a living wage for them and their families, we've had to increase the rates for annual maintenance service in 2025. This will, of course, still include comprehensive whole system cleaning & testing with one of our exceptionally knowledgeable, experienced, and kind technicians.
In the interest of keeping prices accessible, we are excited to offer an easy 12 month payment plan to our Island Ductless Difference Members to renew for next year's service. This is often under $30 a month and will guarantee continued access to the wonderful membership benefits.
If you are not currently an IDHP Member, you can easily become one at your next maintenance appointment by asking the technician to upgrade your invoice to include the cost of next years’ service, and choose a one time payment or 12 monthly payments option for that cost.
With that, our annual maintenance costs beginning January 1, 2025 will be as follows*:
For existing Island Ductless Heat Pump Clients
$ 249 - First 1-1 system (1 Indoor unit and 1 outdoor unit)
or $20.75 per month for members
$ 179 - Each additional 1-1 system(s) at the same location
or $14.92 per month for members
$ 69 - Each additional indoor unit at the same location
or $5.75 per month for members
For systems not installed by IDHP or had maintenance done previously by us, the first year cost will be a little more and include extra time to ensure your system meets our quality standards. The next year's service will be at our regular rates.
$ 337 - First 1-1 system
$ 267 - Each additional 1-1 system at the same location
$ 69 - Each additional indoor unit at the same location

In addition to the monthly payments option, our Island Ductless Difference Members also receive the following benefits:
➢ Extended labor warranty – increased from 5 to 7 years from the date we completed your install. This is for clients with Island Ductless installations who have continued to have preventative maintenance services done by us annually.
➢ 10% discount off service labor and parts not covered by warranty
➢ 10% discount off add-on product purchases
➢ Priority client status
➢ Personal preventative maintenance service notification reminder
